We accept and successfully convert tapes from anywhere within Australia. Please print out and fill out the form on our website to help us with the processing of your tapes.
We suggest that send your tapes via registered Australia Post (preferred)/Express Post or a courier company to guard against loss. These methods all involve tracking numbers so you can find out where your parcel is at any time. Post Offices supply special boxes for tapes, or if you pack your own we ask that you pack your tapes well using cardboard or bubble wrap to prevent damage.
We will contact you via email (or phone if you have no email address) when the tapes arrive safely. When the tapes are converted we will send you an email invoice. As soon as payment arrives in our designated account we will post the tape/s back via registered mail. Please add an extra $10 for this service. We strive for a turn-around time within our office of four days. This does not include mailing time which is dependent on Australia Post or the courier doing the delivery.
We do not violate Australian copyright laws by copying tapes that are protected by commercial copyright protection and we ask you to tick the box on the form you enclose with your tapes to ensure you own the copyright.
